Tk, good link. It appears that customer service or the lack of it is Athm's big problem, plus the lack of performance. Now, Athm's stock price has gone from 23 1/2 to 198 and currently sells for 160 9/16. Yes, I noticed that it too loses $money. I'll check out what the elephants analyst's have to say, but I'm sure it's another screaming "buy", so why should I bother? For a while, it's don't fight the trend. I won't. Trust me. Ps This should not concern the Amzn bulls. The Bezos pr machine tells us that he's all about customer service, and we all know he can deliver us a no-profit commodity, if we pay just pay for the shipping.
