We just have to hope we bet on the right horse...

I think we did, but the market will decide.
I once posted IATV's fair value is at $12 a share, because of their patents.

Of course, new fundamental events could raise this price.

Apparently, the big problem is that everybody came to the same conclusion at the same time.
Now, everybody is utterly confused, and cannot really tell if ACTV, or HyperTV Networks have a real advantage on their competitors.

Conflicts, potential competitive standards, press releases, and many other challengers about to go public blur the future of the Company.
People do not know what to do or think, so they do nothing or sell.

Brief, ACTV's story no longer makes the crowds dream.
ACTV's momentum vanished, and we are all getting depressed.

The truth is out there:

Is it possible to go around ACTV's patents?
Is ACTV's offering too sophisticated for a public that struggles to understand how to handle a remote control?
Will ACTV derive enough revenues from its first customers to grow beyond their current lack of capital?

I remain confident.

I will wait until July 15 to ask myself again if my money is on the right horse.
