Chris,
Remember one thing, management worked for YEARS in this company and this is the first time they were able to take advantage to some profits.

Remember, the stock was in the $ 1 and $ 2 range for a long time, years.

I have no problem with this, only with Samuels, he went overboard, thus jeopardizing the stock value.
