China is rapidly growing it's OWN huge middle class of consumers. It's already selling more autos to it's own population than it exports and selling more autos than we do. Once it has it's own middle class and is no longer dependent on us or Europe for it's continued growth and development, China will be free to wield economic weapons of mass destruction. They already have a nuke planted in our financial heart, that they hold huge amounts of our debt and continually finance more. Soon, our prosperity will mean NOTHING to the Chinese. Let's hope we're on good terms with them when that happens.
