Decision on presidency will also be a ctalyst that will move this market up. IMHO it will move it way way up. ANd it can happen any day if teh supreme court decides to go with the powers of SOS to hold onto friday as the date of certification. I doubt Gore will have the will to launch a contest which will not be a slam dunk if SC upholds SOS powers.
