Let's not say that Macs are crash proof!

Far from it. However, when they crash, they are usually able to boot back up again with no problem or very little manipulation. That is by the researchers used Powerbooks in the Brazilian rainforest. Not a tech support pygmy for miles around.

" Bill Gates walking into the graphics design lab at C|Net and seeing all the Web developers using Macs is an issue."

How about this... A New York Times Magazine reporter was invited to tour the super-secret graphics labs at Microsoft where she was informed of all the developments MSFT was creating for web and multimedia content. As an aside, she noticed that nearly all the machines were either Macintoshes or Silicon Graphics workstations. I think this was back in one of the August issues. The Sunday column in the front of the magazine.

Maybe this is why Bill The Gates needs Apple around. Who would develop all the graphics for his CDs and websites?
