Frankly, I don't think it matters to al Qaeda. President Bush, they know and hate. Senator Kerry, says that he'll make them a greater focus of his, than the President (not to mention, that his Party was in power, when al Qaeda declared war on the United States, or the fact that the Senator has Jewish blood running through his veins).
