-yep the canuck buck is down...BUT that doesn't save canadian holders of gold...they've still lost today... -i think the impact of real estate speculation and consumer spending will be bad in Canada , but what makes you say it is just as bad here as in the US ? -note, the energy shares here got hammered in the fall, then everyone wanted back in again soon enough...the tar sands will still be here and will have the same appeal tomorrow...what will hold up the US dollar ?
