Except it isn't true. If you want to blame Bush for the deficits HE created, fine. They were a fraction of Obama's. You can't credibly blame Bush for money that Obama is spending. It just doesn't make any sense.

Bush did not blow nearly a trillion dollars on stimulus. Obama did. Bush didn't propose health care reform that will cost us a trillion or more over 10 years. Bush didn't propose a bizarre cap-and-trade system that will not only cost us a trillion dollars but will gut any prospects for productivity growth.

Bush clearly allowed too much spending; no argument from me. But Obama has done nothing but expand government since the day he took office. You cannot with a straight face blame this on Bush. And everyone with half a brain can see it.
