Because as I have posted, you are blaming Obama for actions Bush took. Oh, I know. Obama isn't responsible for shit. It is all Bush's fault. but you blithely ignore that Bush and the GOP were majority contributors to the deficit situation we find ourselves in. Except it isn't true. If you want to blame Bush for the deficits HE created, fine. They were a fraction of Obama's. You can't credibly blame Bush for money that Obama is spending. It just doesn't make any sense. Bush did not blow nearly a trillion dollars on stimulus. Obama did. Bush didn't propose health care reform that will cost us a trillion or more over 10 years. Bush didn't propose a bizarre cap-and-trade system that will not only cost us a trillion dollars but will gut any prospects for productivity growth. Bush clearly allowed too much spending; no argument from me. But Obama has done nothing but expand government since the day he took office. You cannot with a straight face blame this on Bush. And everyone with half a brain can see it.
