Nice to see that someone got it.
OTOH, this is Intel competing against itself and it can detune or fudge a few benchmarks. Yet, you are right. Itanium/McKinley seems mistimed...not an easy sell...
If Northwood keeps x86 alive then Hammer comes into play...hummm and Itanium/Mckinley is really odd man out...
Especially if the economy stays soft for upgrades...
