In my last thread I mean, "that the DoE has the responsibility to look for companies participation in a program called "Renewable Energy". You get this info from nrel.gov Titan does have this quantitative "dress code". There was a time when they did report News to the public and the stock soared to the couple dollar price. To make a stock play sure that is terrific. But after the players in that stock made their money they sold off. It happens from the transition "speculative to real" company. When you become real company the stock price feeds on EPS. Now it is obvious to understand why they don't make many announcements after being burned once before.
