There were talks of Fleet Financial director and senior personnel confessing in court papers of their personal gains from pushing their customers into bankruptcy. When I wrote earlier of the 2000 business plan and the chain of events, the motive of a few individuals were called out. So it happened and such is life.

Unfortunatley, all the plans of men and mice, can never be execute correctly. Then there is the supervision of the bankruptcy court. Greenspan also threw them a tumble and a fit.

To help them, you have to organize their remaining employees. The stores are just enough to do some displays and be the warehouse for delivery of catalog sales and web site sales. Catalog is superb as usual. The pages are arrange for customers to select by appearance of the products and the affordability in price. Web site should repeat the approach. Email has to deliver the weekly or monthly flyers in details. In addition, email should target new customers. Banners should be simple and tempting yet without conclusions(standard advertizing motto). The purpose is to arouse the desire to hit or click on the banners. That should prepare SVCDQ to get some banner advertizing money in the future.

As they say, you can steal our belongings, but you stole trash. To rebuild SVCDQ to its old values, we have to take the bull by the horn. Thank you. Lets do it.
