I'll second the long-term hold aspect of STLC. So far their strategy seems to be well-though out. Back in at 3. Still a bit cloudy on the financials as the old MLIS numbers still affect most sites, confident of the future developments, esp the off-the-shelf ISP packaging of their hardware, Sattel switch, and Concentric's backbone. More info on the way.
