I'd hate to temper your enthusiasm, but the less-than-expected loss was largely due to a couple of one-time gains from various items, according to Steve Race in the conference call. If you take those out, their operating loss came in around expectations -- hence the relative non-event in the stock price. Don't get me wrong, I'm bullish on the turnaround; however, it's important to keep in mind that they have a lot of work ahead of them before seeing black. Good news on the Acclaim lawsuit. Apparently they decided not to file a lawsuit, just a complaint. Whether or not they are seeking some sort of injunction that could delay Magic's release I'm not sure. Overall, I'd say that the conference call gave me confidence in the management, and that Race seems to be doing the right things.
