Ken Lowman Interview

ObjectSoft Corporation (OTCPK: OSFT) - Business Summary

ObjectSoft (PK: OSFT) is an active participant in the $12.7 billion global nanotechnology market. Through its technology partnership with Terra Solar Development Corp., ObjectSoft develops patented, commercial products using nanotechnology to harness renewable energy. With products ready to be introduced to the market during the second quarter of 2005, the company is using nanotechnology to:

* Commercialize portable photovoltaic micro power sources for portable electronic products (cell phones, palms, PC’s, e-books etc.)
* Apply carbon nanotubes to NI-CN batteries for storage of hydrogen.

Investors have become increasingly aware of the nanotechnology revolution, as companies like IBM, Xerox, Hewlett Packard and Bell Labs have embraced nanotechnology. Nanotechnology, simply put, is research and technology development at the atomic, molecular, or macromolecular levels, in the length scale of 1-100 nanometer range. The structures, devices and systems created using nanotechnology have novel properties and functions because of their size. One nanometer equals one billionth of a meter.

ObjectSoft’s joint venture with Terra and its founder, Dr. Zoltan Kiss, gives it a strong foothold in the industry. Dr. Kiss, the father of the LCD watch, holds over 30 patients, including three related to nanotechnology. His work is well known by US and European governments, including the US department of Energy’s National Renewable Energy Laboratory (see nrel.gov energy.pdf).

According to BCC research, (http://bccresearch.com/advmat/gb290.html) total global demand for nanoscale materials, tools, and devices is growing at 30.6% per year, from $7.6 million in 2003 to $28.7 billion by 2008. The worldwide nanotechnology market is growing more than twice as fast as both the biotech and global informatics markets.
