Here in Pinellas we have a lot of mobile homes, Hillsborough less so, imo, but more shacks that would blow over in a stiff wind. Re Palm Beach county, not so many mobile homes per capita but I would be weary of those older wood frame and stucco houses. A lot of them have been "renovated" lately by adding a fresh coat of stucco, but the frame is the same, built out of wooden slats in the 1940's.
