Gregor,

I try to be open minded about things like this. It would not in the least be unusual for a class action suit to be filed, whether meritorious or not, after a stock gets beaten up the way CKS has.

Michael Burke once said that shareholders would rather hear lies as long as they are bullish. In seeking truth I try to avoid the extremes, such as Susan's comment that, "Shareholders gain little or nothing, but the bloodsucking lawyers always benefit." The system is very imperfect and shareholders are rarely made whole by such suits. That is a fact. But let's find out what really happened before we jump to conclusions.

KPMG should be held accountable if in fact there were accounting improprieties.

Let's hope Merrill got it right this time.
