OJ Didit, Hello. Do you know for a fact that Merrill Lynch dropped Nextwave, or did Nextwave drop Merrill Lynch? The underwriting process is a tough negotiation, if you have any real data please share. I am waiting for a new underwriter for the IPO, so I can buy some Nextwave stock! David Konigsberg
