Notice how this stock reacts when it rallies. Its met every time with an increase in selling. There was one fund that bought over 1.4 million shares when management was tauting the stock last year. Now they can't unload since there is no market. They just wait for rallies and feed out as many shares as they can. Now they have sold maybe two hunded thousand shares. At this rate it'll take a couple of years to unload all of the remaining shares. No wonder this stock can't ever sustain a rally.

P.S. Of course the real reason is the management doesn't seem too fired up about making a profit.
