Let me see... if Clinton's airstrikes had been more fortunate and managed to eliminate bin Laden, Saddam would not have aquired WMD and there would have been no need for Bush to invade Iraq. But Clinton did not eliminate bin Laden, so Saddam aquired WMD - oh, wait... he never really did have them, but Bush invaded anyway... so it's Clinton's fault that Saddam didn't have WMD and Bush invaded without cause. Uh oh... I'm starting to understand neocon thinking.... If Clinton had taken decisive action after numerous sailors were killed by alQaeda on the USS Cole, there would not have been a need for US troops to go to Iraq in the first place.
