Do you truly believe that some groups get taxed at a rate that exceeds their income? I am not sure what you are asking here. Tax rate is a percentage and income is in dollars. Apples, oranges. Trying to read you mind, i guess you are trying to ask if there are groups (income groups) that face marginal rate of ~100%. If that's what you are asking, it is clear that a) you have not read Tim's post b) followed links Which is a shame, because you may learn a thing or 2. Mainly about what a perverse set of incentive Democrat architected programs create, and that is before health care legislation is in place, which is (of course) going to make things worse.
