c) Reacting to shareholders concerns about thwarting the encroachment of Microsoft into thier turf, thus causing rapid erosion or stagnation
of market share and installed base

etcetera..

Joe ...<yes?, no? Those items are what "I" would consider as priorities over getting an earnings release that was relatively flat out early. But, then again, maybe I'm looking at this thing all wrong.>
