D, the point here is that i was unsure if they are mine or not after the large split, which is why I called to confirm it. I was told after they researched it fully that it was correct...and was told they cannot do anything if I sell and it turns out to be incorrect, as thats not the case. So I sold on that information, and them telling me nothing can happen IF it turns out to be a mistake. They should be liable for telling me lies, and pershing should be liable for takign 10 days to realize it was a mistake.
