You will never be able to make a decision. You are playing what if games that just complicate the decision. Stock price effect on employee performance over a 6 month period? That's ludicrous.

NTAP's first 5-6 years are the toughest ones they will face for a while. They had to do missionary work and sell into competitive strongholds, invent products from scratch, etc.

No wonder you like TA. You don't have to consider any of these what if's.
