Added a little AXTA -afternoon fallback- This on the chairman board resignation. Some big block down ticks however.

10.34% holding. Given Return on equity (close)and other past typical BH hypothetical TO thresholds - IMO most likely a non acquisition attempt.. High debt level also- However given Berkshire Hathaway recent investment. Being $10 billion to Occidental in financing the Anadarko Petroleum purchase. IMO perhaps a similar hypothetical financing deal to any would be buyers for AXTA?
