Thanks for the reply. If this company doesn't have any valid project, then the logical price range would be lower than that of the book value (basically the value of net assets if the company goes out of business). Given that the market is rational, there must be some other values the are not reflected in the balance sheet (such as expectation of some other research project or so on). I am wondering what those values are. Maybe the current price is just a speculative one.
