He was right on, and with no discredit to him, we unfortunately needed a catalyst like the WTC horror to get us moving pro-actively on this thing... he mentioned the release of nerve gas in the Tokyo subway, I believe that was when the terrorist escalated this war to a higher level and when the current war we now engage actually began... thanks for posting the speech.....
