Baltimore mayor stole gift cards meant for needy - not a new story - its from January. Notice though that there is no mention of a political party in this story. Gosh, I wonder what party she could belong to? .... Dixon is also accused of instructing two developers to buy at least $3,500 worth of gift cards to retailers including Best Buy, Target and Toys R Us for needy Baltimore families, but then spending them herself, according to state prosecutors.
