Re your assertion that Kirkuk is in the Kurdish region of Iraq:
This is what I said: Try an American map. Or at least wonder why your own Administration is telling Kurds to stay put, asking them not to try to seize Mosoul & Kirkuk.
And this is how you replied: I recognize that the Turks don't want Kirkuk to be Kurdish, but nevertheless, the Kurds do. Regardless of what the Turks want, it ain't going to be part of Turkey.
Which proves beyond reasonable doubt that you have problem understanding what you read.
I have told you that Kirkuk is not part of the Kurdish region of Iraq, not because I give a damn what Turks want, but so so you will not die ignorant. And hopefully, one day, you might even stop wasting my time on issues you know nothing about, where you are sadly reduced to posting fringe propaganda sites to try to find errors in everything I say.
Look up a REAL reference, an American one, for example. You will see that Kirkuk is not part of the Kurdish area. Then read up a little bit on the issue and see that your administration is currently asking Kurds not to seize Mosoul and Kirkuk.
(Read: You can seize or take something only if you do not already have it)
Ansar, as well as the Baghdad-controlled strategic oil cities of Kirkuk and Mosul, are possible U.S. targets, the official said.

Kurdish fighters will not move independently of U.S. forces to take the cities of Kirkuk and Mosul, which are surrounded by the largest oil fields in Iraq.

I hope that was clear enough for you. Even if not, I am done on this subject. Ask someone else. |
