also this info for those who may not believe TRAC's commitment to quality service (including me for a short while, i'm ashamed to admit). Received this e-mail from a very senior executive at MyTrack; >>>I think we have a handle on things, hopefully we can put this grief behind us real soon. Track is first and foremost a customer service company and we will address every one of our customer's issues.<<< I will also say that I may not have fully informed Karl Curry and Paul Clark of the circumstances of my problem, thereby precluding a quick resolution of my problem. My only excuse is that I was very pissed that day and wasn't thinking very clearly. I apologize to Karl and Paul, and thank them for their help. :) IC (GO TRAC! you guy's ROCK!)
