Interesting information: This is a real company, regardless of the people who like to print half-truths. I would tend to think Simple's management did a little homework regarding this acquisition. Information regarding the Simple acquisition was found in Newcom's 10K(yr ending Feb 28,1998). The acquisition was announced after year end numbers. This tells me that the talks between these two companies were in the works long before we knew of their intentions (Possibly before Jan '98). Unless Paperheart/Trenzich/David Evans and other people want to be specific, then they can continue to print their half-truths. I'm holding and could care less what they say at these levels or lower. Fundamentals are the reason, and short position could always be a BIG bonus. I think they'll be more acquisitions and the growth of this company will speak for itself. Remove Aura from the picture (leveraged buyout of their position), and lets see what the shorts do. Trenzich covered at $9.75, have you covered Paperheart?

If you're long the stock, don't panic. That's exactly what the shorts want you to do.
