I am anything but an expert, but according the definitions put forth in the book and this thread, Rambus (RMBS) and their new memory architecture, RDRAM, is a very good candidate for future Gorilladom. Closing price on Jan 4 was $96.375. The key word here is candidate, but it looks like all their ducks are in a row.

Hi Mike:
I am glad you mentioned this. After discussions with our great thread leader, we believe that it would be appropriate for this board to have an index of small(er) stocks that really have Gorilla or King potential. In particular, I have in mind RMBS, BRCM, NTAP, CMGI, SIEB, QCOM, and perhaps even a 'net stock or two. I would be honored to be chartmeister.

Due to the apparent investment goals and styles, I think that we should focus more on these investments rather than emphasizing Internet stocks. Thread, what are your thoughts? Should I discontinue the Emerging Internet portfolio and instead render tables and charts for the Gorilla and King Watch & Wait (meaning *_pure_* gorilla investors will wait)???

Justin
