Somebody should play her favorite music quietly next to her and whisper our names to her so that she knows we are here watching and waiting for her recovery. Ms. Shootie worked in a head trauma unit many years ago....tells me that those in coma were repeatedly stimulated in this fashion......at various degrees of coma it was found to be a strong helper in recovery. even a dirty joke or 2 might be good.
