Just saw a post on the Fools board mentioning that MRVC will take a one time charge on the Fibronics acquisition this quarter. I havent been able to verify anything yet. The source said he was told this by the CFO. I take it that is Edmund Glazer. Will let everyone know if I can dig up anything. Sam
