Bob:

The release was dated Feb. 27, 1997. It was a three year contract with ASA Alloys which was valued at $25 Million and is renewable every three years. That was for stainless steel and did not include NUOVINOX. NUOVINOX was a different agreement with ASA. The Schmolz + Bickenback agreement was valued at $9 Million when fully delivered.
