The maximum savings is $1000 per day on fuel. The cost is between $660,000 euros and $3.3 million to deploy, plus the cost of an engineer to operate the sail.

If they were getting the maximum savings every day, it looks like several years to break even on the investment barring maintenance costs. However, as with most new high tech stuff, we should see some improvements over time.
