Many of the indexes look like they are doing the old 5-day re-test sequence. Here's how it went back in 2000-2002.

1-2 long white candlesticks
1-2 doji's
1-2 red candlesticks.

The current sequence has had 2-long white sticks, 1-doji, and today looks like a red stick. If this pattern is in play, we'd be missing just a red candlestick tomorrow.

It's still not a certainty that this is what's happening, but so far we're on day 4 and on track.
