OK lets say Cooper heard it from Rover first. That information is in the public domain because of Creative Syndicates distribution of the column on the AP prior to the phone call. That makes the WHOLE Cooper conversation irrelevant. That conversation is no more significant that two people talking about a news story they read on the AP over coffee. Its a non story, but you granite craniums just don't get it.
