TV BUSINESS CHANNEL 22 IN LA CARRIED AN INTERVIEW WITH ANALYST MILLER (SORRY, DID NOT GET THE FIRM), WHO RECOMMENDED AMATI. HE SAID THAT MANAGEMENT REJECTED A BUYOUT OFFER FOR $30 FROM A NETWORKING COMPANY BECAUSE THEY HAVE A BETTER DEAL IN THE WORKS.
