Thanks, Curtis for bringing to the fore some of the issues I was concerned about in my statement about their ability to operate in all operating environments. Yes, there are a plethora of analog line properties and potential impairments to consider that must be properly taken into account and engineered for. I have no way of knowing how they fare in this regard. I'd be interested in seeing some benchmarks and their associated assumptions.

I would add intermodulation, aliasing products and total harmonic distortion, along with a couple of other "popular" ones, to the ones you cited... but your points are well taken, as always.

My question also remains unanswered, and that is what is the total spectral width required of their system?
