Re Y - it's probably not stock that is going to make your rich. They have a goal of growing book value/share by 7-10%, which is not overly ambitious, but very plausible. I think they can do better in a higher interest rate environment or if one of their investment works out well.

I also think we might get some multiple expansion - Y trades at the very low end of it's LT valuation range. I think it is one of those stocks, where i would dare to put an overweight position in.
