Knowing Z you are probably right, but he could do himself a favor by detailing the extraordinary circumstances in which he wouldn't mind seeing KSM walk.

But he probably won't, just like Eric Holder won't give straight answers to the concerns about KSM walking because of the civilian venue. "Just trust us" is the theme here.
