Reno says that there are definitely deals in the works and there should be a news release sometime late next week. As we have seen in the past, these time lines are at best tentative but I thought I'd post this information since it jives with what others have said Reno told them. Apparently, the Soundmusic deal is still active as well. Michael Doodson and Reno have known each other for 30 years and that's why Doodson is hanging on. Watch closely the next few weeks... By: sairset $$$ Reply To: 2869 by timber3333 $$$ Wednesday, 28 Jun 2000 at 4:20 PM EDT Post # of 2930 timber, yes i still believe we will see the release this week. the "minor detail" should be taken care of in the morning. the person responsible for this is flying in tonight and he and reno are meeting in the morning for the signatures. everything has been agreed to verbally, all that is needed is a signature. as i said this is a very minor detail and is not really necessary to move forward but reno wants all the i's dotted and t's crossed and at this point i certainly don't blame him. By: sairset $$$ Reply To: 2874 by timber3333 $$$ Wednesday, 28 Jun 2000 at 4:47 PM EDT Post # of 2930 timber, i do know of 3 of the deals, but there are many more!! i really don't want to discuss any of them on the boards. i personally have 1 that might be an addition to the others, but that is an unknown right now. i will say that there is no 1 "super deal" but many very solid companies. reno's market cap prediction imo is very conservative. hope this helps. we will all see very soon.
