Graham, you should remember, actually SUPPORTED this guy's nomination. Graham is as close to being a liberal as you can get without being a D.

But he is also an expert on the subject. And anyway you look at it, Holder was not able to answer the questions. He HAD no good answers. Which is the reason Holder looked like an idiot.

He should have some reasonable explanations for his positions and he could do nothing but stutter and stammer.
