It was his own fault. He was carrying a gun with a chambered round. This is ok for a cop or a soldier, who might realistically be called on to shoot on a moment's notice, but not the mall shopper.

Yes, that's why I am concerned with so many 'average Americans' carrying guns. After all, the 'average American' voted for Bush......twice.
