I will take a stab at Tony's sentencing, ...

One year for each of the 11 counts he was found guilty = 11 years + 4 years for boarding the airplane with false IDs, and lying to airport officials.

Tony has 3 young kids. Judge Dearie will take that into consideration and knock off 2 years for each kid. That will reduce his sentencing from 15 years to 9 years.

With good behavior, he will served 5 of those 9 years and will be out on parole. Tony already served 2 years since 2004. Without any more stupid stunt from his jail cell, he should be out in 2009.

Does it sound like a fair sentencing?
