You are exactly right, so far. --- This latest action is nothing but smoke and mirrors. These warrants are meaningless. All we know so far is the common has to reach a price of $3 before we can do anything. --- The warrant, which will be redeemable for one share of the Company's stock, will be good for one year and will carry a strike price of $3.00. George
