This time around China's GDP is in much bigger trouble and stimulus would not take it out of it.

In the past, the rest of the world saved China. They could export their way out of low growth

They could stimulate and build more bridges, airports, buildings and roads.

This time around is different.

Africa is not here to generate exports.
China has way too many buildings, bridges and airports.
