I know this sounds strange, but I have moved my acct from mytrack back to etrade. Reasons 1. impudent staff responses like the one you mention, if you can get thru. 2. their inability to change ANYTHING that is in the system, whether right or not. 2. conflicts between their proprietary software and other java programs I use. 3. Etrade gives level 2 for free and $5 market orders after 75 trades a quarter, plus access to IPOs. If the stock trades like the company functions, you will get screwed.
