TOM DORSEY IN CHICAGO ON THURSDAY, SEPT. 30TH This Thursday, Tom Dorsey will be in Chicago speaking for the WBBM News Radio Finance Show in a breakout session at the Chicago Investors '99 Expo. The program will be held at the Palmer House Hilton on the fourth floor and Tom Dorsey will be speaking from 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. He will be covering the importance of using both the fundamentals and technicals. What managing risk is all about and that includes the NYSE Bullish Percent, Sector Rotation, Relative Strength and Chart Patterns.
